The Ultimate Guide to Traveling the World When You Have No Money
Wanderlust. My favorite word and I have been under its spell since I can remember. Traveling the world is a unique and magical experience that should be available for everyone who decides to get to know our wonderful planet and our colorful cultural heritage.
Maybe the most frequent question we are asked is; how can we afford to travel?
It didn’t come easy, took a few years to find our way around the globe. First, we moved to the United Kingdom from Hungary to learn English and to get some working experience abroad. I learned everything online, how to find a job, which city to move, and all the rest. I didn’t even know how to write a CV then but more about this is for another post…
Then we began traveling while working to then start advancing our social media management skills. We are now working as freelancers to fund our travels. However, we held many jobs over the past 7 years. We worked in retail, hospitality, customer service, and marketing at all levels. We both waited tables and eventually got higher management positions.
Do not worry, if you feel lost and don’t know where to start! It takes longer than a day for you to do the same but we’re here to help you achieve your goals easier.
We are recommending reputable and trusted websites used by travelers seeking jobs worldwide including us and our friends.
There are a couple of similar guides already existing but I felt like there could be more information included.
So, here I collected not just the job options you can have and the places where you can find them but our extra tips and tricks are also included. We used these travel hacks from the start and still using them these days and we hope they will help you to start your next adventure sooner and will help you to experience more for less money.
